The University of Miami has been central to The Vrooman Group’s story. The firm was selected by UM’s UOnline unit to replace one of the world’s largest agencies, a decision that reflected the University’s confidence in our ability to deliver measurable results and a more responsive partnership.
Through this engagement, The Vrooman Group provided a comprehensive suite of services: generating high-quality lead flow, producing creative design and campaign execution, consulting on enrollment processes, and optimizing CRM and communication strategies. Our performance with UOnline was so successful that two additional units—the Division of Continuing and International Education and the School of Education—engaged the firm as their marketing partner.
In addition to agency services, The Vrooman Group also provided leadership support by serving in an interim Executive Director of Marketing capacity for these units. This multifaceted role demonstrates both the firm’s ability to outperform large global competitors and its capacity to step inside an organization to guide marketing strategy and execution at the highest level.
